Fort Hays State University (FHSU) has announced an exciting new initiative aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for students pursuing careers in school and clinical psychology. During a recent event, FHSU President Tisa Mason and Kansas Association of Community Colleges Director Heather Morgan unveiled a guaranteed admission program designed to streamline the transition from community colleges to FHSU.
This innovative program will allow students from participating Kansas community colleges to secure a spot in FHSU's psychology programs, ensuring a smoother pathway to higher education. The collaboration emphasizes the importance of accessible education and aims to address the growing demand for qualified professionals in the mental health field.
